44. The Ethical Spiritualist Church, Lawson Street, Preston 1948 This was the first Primitive Methodist Church in Preston. Superseded in 1837 by the Saul Street Chapel. The house on the right is the birthplace of the Toulmin brothers, George, John and Joseph.
