BBC Interior Design Masters finalist Rita Millat will showcase her creative flair at the Chorley Flower Show, bringing storytelling and emotional design to the event.
BBC Interior Design Masters finalist Rita Millat is set to bring her creative flair to Chorley Flower Show this summer.

The interior designer, artist and retail expert, known for her standout appearance on series six of the BBC show, will be part of the event at Astley Park from Friday, July 31, to Sunday, August 2.
Rita will create a special summer installation inside Astley Hall for visitors to enjoy during the show.
Her work is rooted in storytelling and emotional connection, with an approach to design that explores the relationship people have with the spaces they share.
She will also host a programme of talks and workshops on the Friday and Sunday of the show, sharing her perspective on multi-sensory design and creativity, reflecting on her Interior Design Masters journey and offering a glimpse of what is next in her career.
Her workshops, called The ART of creating a HOME that feels good, will give visitors tips on creating their own mood board and designing a room from scratch, with advice on colour, layout and texture.
Rita said: “Home isn’t just a space we share, it’s a feeling.”
Coun Peter Wilson, deputy leader of Chorley Council, said: “We can’t wait to welcome Rita Millat to Chorley Flower Show, joining a line-up of special guests, bringing her creative flair to the event and sharing expertise with show visitors.
“This year’s line-up brings something for everyone, with well-known faces bringing their expert knowledge on gardening, floral design, interior design, plus much more.”
Rita joins a packed programme of workshops, expert talks and demonstrations across the show.
Other attractions include willow weaving workshops by Julie Livesey from Pip Cottage, demonstrations by Flowers North West, and talks and Q&As with special guests Charlie Dimmock, David Domoney and floral designer Jonathan Moseley.
Expert gardeners Martin and Jill Fish will also share their knowledge with visitors across all three days.
The show will also feature gardens, floral displays from award-winning exhibitors, community gardens, amateur competition entries, food and drink, shopping stalls and family entertainment.
Tickets are available at the early bird price from chorleyflowershow.com, Astley Hall Gift Shop, Ebb & Flo Bookshop in St Thomas’s Road, Chorley, and Chorley Theatre.
