Spud Bro Jacob marries long term love Nina in beautiful Bridgerton themed ceremony - with some jacket potatoes
Nina said she paid an Etsy witch to make sure the weather stayed nice.
One half of Preston’s dynamic duo the SpudBros has married his long term love over the weekend in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by family, friends and sunshine.
In a nod to his many businesses, Jacob Nelson, 31, married Nina Dixon, 35, in the Ribble Valley on Saturday on what is known as The International Day of the Potato.
The venue was held at Gisburne Park estate and provided the perfect backdrop for the gorgeous bride who wore her hair up to showcase her stunning white lace dress, while daughter Millie wore a beautiful yellow gown. Jacob and his brother Harley both matched in navy suits and the pair’s youngest daughter Harmony looked adorable in a princess gown of her own.

Guests were treated to a photobooth, a bouncy castle, crazy golf and a waffle stand and of course mini jacket potaoes filled with beans were on the menu along with a three course meal.
The news was announced to their many followers on their social media post that read: “Dearest gentle reader, I give you Mr & Mrs Nelson”, alongside a picture of the happy newlyweds.
Jacob and Nina regularly update their many followers on their joint Facebook page on their recent escapades - the latest being moving into a new home ahead of their wedding day.
Speaking after the wedding with a ‘reflection video’, Nina said that she had started planning the wedding eight months ago when the pair had decided on the venue.
She said: “What an amazing day. I don’t think I will ever get over it.
“When we viewed the venue I had two visions - Bridgerton and Lord of the Rings which I am a massive fan of both.
“I decided on a Bridgerton theme and paid an Etsy witch for good weather.
“It was so magical. Thank you to everyone who has congratulated us. It really does mean a lot.”
Jacob joked: “She’s officially a Mrs Spud.”
