Samlesbury traffic lights causing congestion problems
Queues are building in the Samlesbury area due to a traffic light failure.
Traffic on the A677 heading towards the M6 is most affected by the problem, concerning traffic lights just before the Esso fuel station.
Lancashire County Council said there is a fault with signals and engineers are at the scene.
The problem is expected to be resolved shortly.
