This is how you can win a "mindblowing" £1.6m Penwortham house for just 25p
It’s called Skyfall Lodge, it’s got film star good looks - and it could be yours for just 25p.
A Penwortham mega house with its own private woodland, bar, cinema room, underfloor wine cellar, 1,000sqft master suite and covered balcony could be yours - for just 25p.
Skyfall Lodge, nestled in its own secluded 0.6 acre plot with electric gates at the end of Blashaw Lane, is up for grabs in an online competition opening soon - along with a 2023 Landrover Defender and £25,000 cash.
It’s the biggest prize bundle ever offered by Bispham-based Elite Competitions, who will open tickets to win the prize - or a tax free alternative of £1.25m - on May 1.
Tickets cost 25p each, with each person allowed to buy 25,000 entries. The lucky winner will be chosen at random by a ball selection machine on May 31, even if all of the ticket allocation isn’t sold.

“It’s a mind-blowing house”, said Alex Beckett, founder and owner of Elite Competitions.
“We’ve generally raffled houses that are close to where we’re based in Blackpool, but we’re wanting to look a little futher out.
“We spotted this house on Rightmove and reached out to the developer. When I came down and walked in, it was ‘wow’. Even without any furniture in it at that time, I knew we could do something with it.
“Usually you’ll see big houses on a development of seven or eight, they won’t have their own private drive or won’t feel quite so private, but this does. It’s unique down this road, it’s secluded, it’s got its own electric gates, and I am just imagining the look on the winners face when they see it.”

The house will come with all fittings and furniture included - worth around £75,000 - and Elite Competitions will pay the stamp duty (around £185,000) as well as all legal fees - so the new owner has no additional expenditure. It means the total value of the package is closer to the £2m mark.
And with quick turnaround times on previous raffle prizes, this dream home could be your in time for the summer.

Alex said: “It’s 25p per entry, not for marketing reasons, but so everyone can have a chance of entering and winning. It’s not a house most people would ever be able to own in their lifetime, so to be able to offer this to someone is just a great feeling.”
The two-storey house has a total floorspace of 4,500sqft, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, underfloor heating throughout, an open-plan kitchen, dining and sunken sitting area, a covered patio with opening bi-folding doors, dressing room, study, glazed walkway, intergrated double garage and is in close proximity to numerous shops, bars, restaurants and schools.

The rental value of Skyfall Lodge is estimated at £5,000 per month.
“It’s a new build, but it doesn’t feel like a new build. It’s had so much attention to detail from the developer, with expensive personal details included”, added Alex.
“It will be a life-changing win for someone.”
