Is there a better way to enjoy the festivities than share a life at Blackpool Grand’s pantomine?

No, I hear you shout! We’re regular panto-goers and are suckers for silly comedy.

And this year’s production Beauty and the Beast starring Coronation Street’s Marc Baylis and Blackpool stage star and daughter of Keith Harris, Kitty Harris - was up there with the beast.

I have to admit Beauty and the Beast isn’t my favourite story and I did wonder how it was translate into a festive panto.

But I need not have worried as it was full on fun, smiles and giggles.

Coronation Street star Marc Baylis broughtlots of laughs as the love rival and homegrown Kitty Harris - proved the Blackpool Grand stage really is a home from home.
