'Do not approach' Missing Lancashire prisoner update
‘We are now asking for your help as part of those enquiries to return Thomas to lawful custody.’
Police are still searching for a prisoner who is at large from HMP Kirkham after failing to return following temporary release to do unpaid work.

Bryan Thomas was temporarily released on August 21 and police have appealed to the public for help to trace him.

In a police statement, they said there was no update on the appeal as he is still at large.
They also issued a warning to the public not to approach him if they see him, instead to call 999.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Numerous enquiries have been ongoing to find Thomas, 27, who comes from Kirkby, Merseyside.
“We are now asking for your help as part of those enquiries to return Thomas to lawful custody.
“Thomas is around 5ft 8in, medium build, has brown hair and blue eyes. He has links to the Kirkby and Melling areas of Merseyside, and to Manchester.
“We ask that you do not approach Thomas but to report any immediate sightings by calling 999.
