Lancashire GP surgeries to close for half day next week - these are all the practices affected
The temporary closure will take place on Tuesday.
A temporary surgery closure will take place next week across GP surgeries in Lancashire.
Adlington, Buckshaw, Croston, Eaves Lane Chorley and Lostock Hall surgeries will all shut on Tuesday, November 10, from 12.30pm.

A spokesperson for said SH Healthcare Partners who operate the services said: “Just a heads up to advise all patients that essential training which is being delivered to NHS staff nationwide is taking place a week on Tuesday, November 10.
“On this date all our surgery sites will close at 12.30pm on the day and all phone lines will also be closed from this time.
“There are no pre-booked appointments on this afternoon.”
All surgeries will be back open as normal the following day, Wednesday, November 11.
Flu Vaccinations
With winter around the corner the annual flu vaccine clinics are continuing to run and all eligible patients should by now have received a text message containing a link which will enable them to make an appointment.
These clinics are for our registered patients only and are appointment only.
If you think you may be eligible and have not received a text, please contact your own surgery and our reception team will advise.
Currently the surgeries do not have any stocks of over 65s vaccines but patients over 65 can get a vaccination at their local community pharmacy.

Parking
All patients and visitors should note that the new parking management system for the shared car park serving Buckshaw Village Surgery and the Community Centre is in full operation.
The new arrangements are intended to help ensure spaces within the shared car park.
The scheme will use Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras to monitor vehicles entering and leaving the car park, with the aim of ensuring spaces remain available for authorised users of the Health Centre and Community Centre while they are on the premises.
For Buckshaw Village Surgery, parking is available to patients attending appointments and staff working at the Health Centre, but only for the duration of their visit or working hours.
Patients visiting the surgery will need to enter their vehicle registration number using the validation handsets located in the Health Centre waiting room.
