Historic pub in heart of Kirkham is put on the market - here's how much for
The pub also has commercial kitchens and letting rooms.
A pub that has served generations in the heart of Kirkham has gone on the market.
The Swan Hotel in Poulton Street has had a checkered recent history, with a number of closures and reopenings under different landlords. Now it is described as ‘permanently closed’ and is on the market with agent Everard Cole for £425,000.

The pub, which was originally opened by Blackburn-based Matthew Brown but is now owned by Trust Inns, can accomodate around 60 people in the large bar area.
There is also a games area with pool playing area, general store, an unused commercial kitchen and three-bedroomed living accomodation on the first floor. To the second floor are 3 former letting bedrooms that currently sit empty and are said to be in need of a full refurbishment.
Externally there is a rear yard, smoking shelter and an external drinking area to the front of the property. A large car park can be found at the rear.
