The man exploded with rage after he was told that the card machine wasn’t working and he would have to pay by cash or bank transfer.

The incident occurred at around 8.30pm and was reported to Lancashire Police. The force said enquiries are underway to identify the man, who is wanted on suspicion of criminal damage and assault.
A spokesperson for the force said: “The male who is unidentified at this time has pushed the staff member behind the counter and has thrown a drink over him. The male has then broken the entrance to behind the counter, breaking the hinges and doorway completely.
“No arrests at this stage. Enquiries are ongoing.”
