More than 400 people applied for the tickets, which meant two nights of music would be laid on, due to social distancing rules.
Now a new lockdown has forced the postponement of the first night, which is now scheduled for December 11, with the second night remaining on December 12.
A third night, for people not able to attend parts one or two, will take place in the New Year. at a date and time to be confirmed.
Sarah said: "This is really important to do. Everyone has had a complete nightmare this year, and mental illness is something you don't see.
"Anyone who has worked through this crisis needs something to look forward to.
"These guys deserve some fun and we're determined to give it to them, we won't give up."
Sarah, David and Tracey are working on the assumption that Lancashire will re-enter Tier 3 restrictions at the end of lockdown on December 2, meaning they would need to serve food in order to run a bar.
To do this, all guests will now be required to pay for a £5 meal voucher on entrance, to cover costs.
