9. Tang Restaurant
Tang, which occupies the former Doctor Syntax pub on Fylde Road, has been getting rave reviews for its contemporary Asian cooking since it opened in 2008. It boasts the most authentic 'real' Chinese Dim Sum, Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine, a fact underlined by the numbers of Chinese students in Preston who frequent it.
