Walk like a man to see legendary Jersey Boys

The Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning musical Jersey Boys, which has wowed audiences around the world since its debut on Broadway in 2006 is in the North West for a month from tonight.

Jersey Boys – which tells the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons and their rise to stardom from the wrong side of the tracks – is at the the Palace Theatre, Manchester until Saturday October 4.

The show is packed with their hits, including Sherry, Walk Like A Man, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Let’s Hang On (To What We’ve Got), Bye Bye Baby, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, Working My Way Back to You and many more.

West End star Tim Driesen heads the cast as Frankie Valli. Driesen most recently played the role in the Dutch production of Jersey Boys and has previously played the role in the West End.

Jersey Boys is the winner of 55 major awards worldwide, including the Olivier Award for Best New Musical.

The show opened on Broadway in 2006, receiving the Tony Award for Best Musical, and is still running on Broadway and in the West End.

Performances are Monday to Saturday 7.30pm, with Wednesday and Saturday matinees at 2.30pm.
