Entries close on July 24 with finalists announced and tickets going on sale on August 3 and judging will be on September 2.

The awards, which return for the first time since 2020, recognise the ambition, innovation and leadership of people aged under 36 from businesses across Lancashire.

Winners will be announced at Park Hall Hotel and Spa on October 16.

The Sub36 is more than an awards programme and brings together emerging leaders through networking events, magazine features, speaking panels and profile-raising opportunities to create a community of the county’s future leaders.

Richard Slater, publisher of Lancashire Business View, has called on fellow businesses to get their entries in.

He said: “By putting forward rising stars, businesses are helping to build confidence, inspire ambition and ensure Lancashire continues to thrive with strong, forward-thinking leadership for years to come.

“When we look back at some of our previous winners it is inspiring to see how many of them have gone on to become successful and influential in their fields.

“We know there is a wealth of emerging talent driving our economy, and this is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the people making a real difference.”

There’s awards for everyone with categories including: aerospace and engineering, built environment and construction, business award, customer service, digital and tech, employee of the year, energy and sustainability, manufacturing and production, leader of the year, marketing and creative, new business, professional services, sales award and tourism, leisure and hospitality.

Also there are adult apprenticeships, early career apprenticeships and higher and degree apprenticeships.

To nominate then you should visit the Sub36 website on https://sub36awards.co.uk
