Did you miss out on Oasis tickets last summer? Well an upcoming event in Preston promises to be the next best thing
Oasiz, one of the UK’s most authentic tribute bands, will perform at Preston’s Guild Lounge on Saturday, October 10, presented by EJB Promotions.
Who are Oasiz?
First formed in 2006, Oazis are an Oasis tribute band made up of brothers Stevie and Marcus Brown as Liam and Noel Gallagher, as well as Simon Osbourne, Gary Ayres and Matt Straker
Their authenticty appeared to be certified in 2023 when a short clip of front man Steve performing as Liam went viral on social media with over half a million views.
Many fans were convinced the clip was actually of Liam Gallagher himself which led to the story being covered in the national press as well as securing a high-profile TV appearance later that year.
What can we expect from the show?
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the record-breaking Oasis shows at Knebworth, Oasiz are embarking on their third UK tour and this is your chance to see them in top form.
The setlist will pay homage to the most memorable parts of the Knebworth shows and will also include all the big- hitting career-spanning anthems that you would associate with a greatest hits tour including; Don’t Look Back In Anger, Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova.
What has been said about the show?
Richard Alcock of EJB Promotions said: “Following the huge comeback of Oasis in 2025, we are delighted to be able to present the very next best thing, Oasiz, in Preston this October!
“This exceptionally authentic concert will bring you all
the timeless hits that you know and love in a rocking concert that can be enjoyed by old and young alike!”
