The festival was originally established in 1997 as a one day event to fund a new village hall, and since then more than £100,000 has been raised for local charities and good causes.

Last year there were eleven beneficiaries including Club Scouts, Rosemere Cancer Foundation, village schools and village churches.

Members of the local community have already taken to social media ahead of the grand occasion.
