Greg Braysford - AKA DJ Bik - first gave us The Whole World Window, a mini festival and fund-raising gig for Cardiacs frontman Tim Smith.

And now he is presenting one rock-fuelled monster of a show - A Pop Concert - featuring Bob Drake, Condor Moments, Bonanza Tungsten Ladies and ALL HAIL HYENA!

Bob Drake is a multi-instrumentalist musician and recording engineer whose solo work challenges genre norms. A founding member of avant-rock band, Thinking Plague, in the early 1980s, the singer has even engineered tracks for Ice Cube, Tina Turner and Engelbert Humperdinck.

Condor Moments - comprising Richy Midnight, The Real David Grey and Gregory Pex - deliver meandering rock, their repertoire including songs recorded in the remote foothills of the Pyrenees by the cult-hero himself, Bob Drake.

Bonanza Tungsten Ladies (Maria Goncalves, Dahia al-Kahina and Mae de Santo) arrived in Preston from Peru on a three-week visa. Having lost their passports in the Amazon Rainforest, their exchange programme collapsed and the trio has been camping out in the infamous Miley Tunnel.

Punk band ALL HAIL HYENA! - Jay Stansfield, Tom Cross and Rob Ashworth - completes the line-up with a dose of frenzied math rock.
