They defeated Kent club Hayes by 41 runs in the final just outside London to retain the ECB National Plate.
Leyland returned to the showpiece after a thrilling semi-final victory over Copdock & Old Ipswichians in Derbyshire at the start of the month.
They successfully chased down 153 off the last ball, Summer Carrington finishing 59 not out, to defeat last season's National Cup finalists.
Olivia Cunliffe then repeated last year's feat by scoring a century in the final, here scor of 112 helping Leyland to set a target of 170-6.
Hayes replied with purpose on the Wormsley Estate in High Wycombe but wickets fell regularly and they closed on 129/9.
Proud captain Abigail Bates said: “This was a complete performance from Leyland CC.
“We are a young group but we have lots of county players for Lancashire and Cumbria, with some also on the Lancashire Academy.”
Leyland bid for a trophy double when they contest the Lancashire Cup final against the Lindow club from Wilmslow at the new AO Farington Cricket Ground on September 13.
