The last time the two sides met, the Chairboys dumped Preston out of the FA Cup with a 4-1 hammering, and their league meeting at Deepdale back in December finished 2-2.
Speaking ahead of the game, Preston boss Alex Neil revealed he's already working on transfer plans for the summer, and claimed: "The recruitment side is going to be huge for us this summer. We are all aware we have got a massive rebuilding job which half started in January and is going to hopefully continue in the summer.
“We have a large number of loans at the moment and we will see what we can do with some of them. Equally, we have some other players out of contract in the summer.
“I would imagine, whether the loan lads stay or not, that it will be the biggest overhaul of the squad we have probably had in the summer.”
Here are today's biggest transfer stories and the latest team news involving Preston North End and the rest of the Championship, as the build-up to the upcoming weekend's action begins.
