Here are the PNE player ratings from the game, with Ben Davies taking the starman award.
1. Declan Rudd 8
Two good saves in the first half from Campbell and Chester even though he didn't seem to be moving freely because of a knock. Saved well at the feet of Campbell too at the end. | jpimedia Photo: Camerasport
2. Darnell Fisher 7
Better second half than in the first. Won his fair share of free-kicks - a good display of 'outhousery' to use a more polite phrase. | jpimedia Photo: Camerasport
3. Patrick Bauer 7
Had plenty of work to do in the first half with Stoke on the front foot. Won his share of clearances in the air. | jpimedia Photo: Camerasport
4. Ben Davies 9
As good a display from the defender in a long time in terms of putting vital blocks in and winning headers. Was determined not to let anything past him. | pa Photo: Camerasport
