Full Time: PNE 3-0 Huddersfield Town

North End show their class in the end as they win 3-0 at Deepdale.

In a close first half, Brad Potts followed up Scott Sinclair’s saved effort to squeeze the ball in and take the lead.

The Lilywhites were certainly the better side in the second half.

Brad Potts burst down the left wing after Browne’s pass and laid the ball on a plate for Ched Evans to find the net.

A similar clinical breakaway goal made it three, Barkhuizen free on the left and his bending ball found Sinclair who dispatched it into the corner.

Alan Browne and Scott Sinclair are replaced by Jayson Molumby and Daniel Johnson.

There will be four more minutes added on to the end of the game.

Iversen still aware...

Bacuna tries to catch the PNE ‘keeper out from distance but he’s equal to it.

North End break form the corner, Barkhuizen has room on the left and his outside of the boot cross finds Sinclair and it’s never in doubt!

Van den Berg does very well to intercept a pass and turn it behind.

The kick is to the far post, Vallejo is there and it ends up back to the taker but PNE clear the second cross.

Anthony Gordon is replaced by Tom Barkhuizen.

The left back is beaten high up the pitch and tactically trips his man.

Double Huddersfield sub

Stearmna and Sanogo are on for Keogh and Campbell.
