Tom Clarke 7Back in the team after two games on the bench and helped PNE stay solid as they recorded a welcome clean sheet.

Jordan Storey 8Calm and measured performance from the young defender. Extinguished any threat from Will Grigg and later Joe Garner.

Andrew Hughes 7Set up the chance from which Browne rattled the bar. Kept things simple with his clearing, still work to do on positioning.

Daniel Johnson 8His use of the ball was very good, DJ following up his man-of-the-match display at Aston Villa with another strong performance.

Tom Barkhuizen 7Good finish for the opening goal which will lift his confidence, while it was his cross which led to PNE’s second goal.

Alan Browne 7Claimed an assist for the first goal and later hit the bar. Not as big an influence on the game as normal but put in his usual shift.

Callum Robinson 8Two more goals, this time coming from the left side of the attack. Has emerged as a key player for North End this season.
