Morecambe boss reiterates his call for clinical finishing
Morecambe boss Ashvir Singh Johal is looking for his side to get back to winning ways when they face Boston United at the Mazuma Mobile Stadium this Saturday.
The Shrimps beat the Pilgrims 4-0 to secure three vital points when they met in the reverse fixture a few weeks ago.

They will be looking to repeat that success after their disappointing 1-0 defeat at Braintree Town last weekend kept them in the National League relegation zone.
Boston, for their part, sit in 18th position – four points and as many places above the Shrimps – after losing four of their last five league matches.
Johal said: “We had an excellent result against Boston last time out and we are looking forward to the game.
“They play a very different way now and have made changes themselves over the last few weeks, so we will be working hard on our plans this week.
“We were very disappointed with the defeat at Braintree because of the way we conceded such a poor early goal and then failed to take any of the numerous chances we created.
“There were positives in that we did break them down and created a lot more chances than we have done in the past couple of games while, at the same time, restricting the opposition to very little.
“We are getting closer to where we want to be, but there is still a bit of refinement for us to do.
“Teams are showing us a lot more respect and not giving us as much space by sitting back and protecting their goal against us, but that means that when we do get the chances, we have to be more clinical.
“We are getting closer to where we want to be. We are getting more flexible and more adaptable but we know we have to be better in both boxes and, if we can get that right, we will have an exciting team.”
Saturday’s match kicks off at the earlier time of 12.30pm after being chosen for DAZN coverage.
It will also see the Shrimps Trust operating a stand for in-person collection as part of the supporters’ group’s Christmas toy appeal.
