And should they win that, there is the possibility that they could host reigning FA Cup holders Arsenal in the fifth round.

The Magpies will take on Nuno Espírito Santo's men on the weekend of January 23 and 24.

The clash will be a repeat of the 1986 first-round clash between the sides when Chorley knocked out Wolves.

Wanderers were then of the old Third Division and ended up getting relegated to the bottom tier at the end of that season.

With current chairman Ken Wright as first-team manager the Magpies played out two 1-1 draws, before defeating Wolves 3-0 at Bolton Wanderers' former ground Burnden Park

Should they get past Wanderers, the Magpies will face either Southampton/Shrewsbury Town or Arsenal at Victory Park.

“Chorley beat Wolves 3-0 in 1986.– we just need to do that again .

“Ken Wright our chairman was the manager then.

“He has been around the club for many years so it’s a big draw for him and a big draw for everyone.
