Ever wanted to own your own business? Well here’s your opportunity - grab it whilst it’s hot!
One of Lancashire’s most highly regarded fire and fire surround businesses, Interdec Fireplaces in Preston, has been put up for sale for only £24,999.
Located in the city centre on Strand Road, Interdec was established over 35 years ago and sells a full range of fireplaces in both traditional and contemporary designs.
The agent says that it is only on the market as the current owner, who started Interdec in 1989, is “looking to sell his successful business to allow him to now retire.”
Currently Interdec is run by the owner himself, with the help of a loyal team of self-employed installers, and makes an annual turnover of £223,980 - net profit information is available on request.
The agents, CoGoGo said: “Very rarely do successful independent businesses of this type or location come on to the open market and we therefore highly recommend early enquiry to avoid any disappointment.”
