Motorcyclist 'airlifted to hospital with serious injuries' after crash with 'farm vehicle' in Lancaster

Police, paramedics and an air ambulance were first called to the scene in Quernmore Road at around 11.10am.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, reportedly suffered serious head, chest and leg injuries and was airlifted to hospital.

Hide AdClosures were in place along Quernmore Road with Postern Gate Road and Quernmore Road with Copy Lane.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: "It looks like a collision involving a motorbike and a farm vehicle in Quernmore Road, Lancaster
"It came into us at 11.10am. It looks like the male motorcyclist is being airlifted to hospital."
A spokesman for North West Ambulance Service said: "We have attended the scene, following an initial call at 11.14am.
