Emergency services were called to the scene on the A6 near Cabus, Garstang, at around 11.25am.
One casualty was assessed by firefighters using a first aid kit prior to the arrival of paramedics.
They were in attendance for around 45 minutes.

Traffic was building between Cabus Nook Lane and Snapewood Lane following the collision and police advised motorists to use alternative routes if possible.
The road has since fully reopened.
Lancashire Police and North West Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
