Tickets on sale for Lancashire's special Derian House Children's Hospice Ball
All the money raised will go to support the families cared for by Derian House.
Lancastrians are being given the chance to enjoy a night to remember in honour of a Lancashire children’s hospice.
Tickets are on sale for the Derian House Children’s Hospice Charity Ball on Saturday, October 3.
Taking place at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel in Blackburn Road, Clayton-le-Moors, ball-goers will enjoy an evening of live music, a three course meal and a charity auction.
Procurement Hub, a Preston-based, not-for-profit procurement organisation, has been named as headline sponsor.
The organisation, works with local authorities and public-sector organisations across the country and, rather than distributing profits to shareholders, they reinvest their surplus back into the housing sector, charities and communities.

To date, Procurement Hub has donated more than £1.7million to charitable organisations and community causes.
A spokesman for Procurement Hub said: “We’re particularly proud of the impact we've been able to have locally.
“We've supported Derian House since 2021 and have donated more than £110k to the hospice so far. Becoming the headline sponsor of this year's ball is the next step in that partnership, and Derian are hoping to help raise a really significant amount on the night.
“We've also donated more than £14,000 to Preston's Youth Centre, Foxtons, and last year in addition to the £14,000 donation we sponsored their new games room, helping to kit it out with consoles and some pretty funky furniture to create a great space for young people.”
Tickets for the Derian House Children’s Hospice Charity Ball cost £70 per person or £650 for a table of 10.
All the money raised will go to support the families cared for by Derian House.
