The face of Chorley predator Mark Smith jailed for indecent assault on girl under 14

This is the face of Chorley predator Mark Smith taken by police.
The 52-year-old was jailed last week for five years and three months after pleading guilty to three charges.
Smith, of Heald Street, appeared before court last week and entered the following pleas regarding the charges brought before him:
1 - Indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 years - Not Guilty.
2 - Indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 years - Guilty.
3 - Indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 years - Guilty.
4 - Indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 years - Not Guilty.
5 - Incite a girl under fourteen years of age to commit an act of gross indecency - Guilty.
The offences took place between 1991-92.
