The route starts and finishes at Whitechapel Village Hall, taking a picturesque route up to Beacond Fell and back and many residents came out of their homes to cheer the runners on.

Back at the hall the childrens 1K fun run takes place, with children from two to 12 years running the off road route. In first and second place were the Coar brothers Toby and Daniel, followed by Edan Haine-Simey in third place. The girls quickly followed with first and second place going to sister act Eadie and Holly Beswick, then Lucie Alcock in third.
