Publi Oriental BBQ opened on Friargate just before the new year and offers the people of Lancashire a unique dining experience as whilst the menu contains classic Chinese and Korean dishes, there are also various 'self barbeque' options where customers get to cook their own food at their table.

In the video above, you can join our reporter, Aimee Seddon as she looks around the restaurant's interior and has a peek at some of the food on offer.

Aimee then speaks to Publi's manager, 53-year-old Stephen Chan, who explains more about what the restaurant's concept is.

Stephen, who has worked in the food industry for over twenty years, also reveals which dishes are the customer's favourites so far and which dish would be his choice - but you will have to try for yourself and make your own judgement!
