Lancashire's Jordan North officially becomes a millionaire after switch from Radio 1 to Capital

Lancashire star Jordan North ended 2025 on a high as it was officially the year he became a millionaire.

TV and radio presenter Jordan, who hails from Burnley but also spent many years living in Preston, has officially become a millionaire.

Whilst the exact personal weath of the 35-year-old is not known, recent Company House figures show he is worth at least £1million.

Former Penwortham Priory Academy and Preston College pupil Jordan is down as the sole director of a company called ‘Vicious Vera Productions’.

Through this company, which the radio presenter set up in February 2022, Jordan manages all his media ventues.

In its latest company acounts, released last year, Jordan’s company declared assets worth a total of £1.4 million in March 2025, up from half a million in 2024.

During that time, the former Blackpool Pleasure Beach radio & Rock FM presenter made a big career move- leaving BBC’s Radio 1 for Capital - so it looks like it paid off financially...

York born Jordan, who lived in Preston during his teens, started his career in radio back when he was a student at Sunderland University, winning Bauer Media's ‘Star of 2011 Competition' when he was just 21 which allowed him to present a month of shows for Hits Radio.

He then moved back to Preston, where he spent three years at community radio station Preston FM and had a part-time role on Blackpool Pleasure Beach’s radio before joining Hits Radio again in 2014 for a gig at Preston based Rock FM.

After his Rock FM days - in which one night out nearly cost him his job- Jordan secured work behind-the-scenes at BBC Radio 5 Live before joining BBC Radio 1 in 2018.

After six years on the Radio 1, Jordan - who also hosts the popular podcast ‘Help I Sexted My Boss’ with etiquette host William Hanson- made the big move to Capital Radio to host the Breakfast Show in April 2024 with Chris Stark and Sian Selby.

On Company House, the Burnely star is also down as one of the directors for a company associated with the production of ‘Help I Sexted My Boss’.

The limited company ‘Diva Boss Productions’ is registered to the same address as Audio Always, the production company behind Jordan’s popular podcast.

Jordan’s co-host William is then one of the four other directors attached to the company, which in its last company accounts last June stated assets of £227.5k.

2025 was a big year for the podcast too as it was announced that Jordan and William would embark on their first ever arena tour in 2026.

We sat down for an exclusive chat with the co-hosts ahead of the Help I Sexted My Boss arena tour in March, and you can read that here.
