One of Jack's friends, Jack Doyle, has set up a Go Fund Me page to help the family, and is dedicating his upcoming wrestling match to Jack's memory.

As part of Preston City Wrestling (PCW), Jack and his tag team partner Dan Whyte, who fight under the name Death Row, will be fighting to retain their championship belts from last year against opponents Joey Hayes and Danny Hope.

They want to use the occasion to remember Jack and publicise the fundraiser.

The free event will begin at 1pm tomorrow (Saturday) on the Flag Market and will feature a range of matches.

In an emotional video posted to his Facebook page, Jack Quinn, who uses the wrestling name Kane Korso, said: "This match already has huge significance for the pair of us...but this match isn't about us any more.

"So on Monday I received the news that one of my friends had been taken away from us due to a mindless act of violence, and I just need to say my thoughts are with all of his family, all of his loved ones.

"So I'd like to take this opportunity to dedicate our match on Saturday to him."

He finishes by saying: "Saturday, when we retain these belts, Jack they're for you, mate."
