Park living operator looks to offload two Lancashire caravan holiday villages - here's how much for
Two well-established holiday parks have gone on the market in Lancashire.
Regency Living, which operates park living sites across the UK, is looking to dispose of Croft Court in Wigan Road, Leyland, and Carter Hall Place in Rossendale.
Both sites, which are authorised for residential caravans, have been listed this week by agent Savills. Regency Living has not acknowledged The Post’s request for further information on the sales.

Croft Court
Croft Court is on offer for £1.4m. A well-established residential park home estate off the A49, it extends to 3.17 acres and has capacity to accommodate 42 serviced mobile home pitches. Of these 42 pitches, 36 pitches are currently occupied, comprising 23 twin units and 13 single units. Two of the occupied pitches are fleet units let under Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements. There are five pitches presently vacant and one additional plot which is undeveloped.
The property benefits from a Site Licence authorising the placement of up to 50 permanent residential caravans and pitch fee revenue for 2025 accrues to £80,309
Carter Hall Place
This 6.5 acre property has a Site Licence that authorises 57 residential caravans. Currently in total, there are 54 developed pitches, and one which is undeveloped. Of the 54, 47 pitches are occupied by private owners (24 twin units and 23 single units) and the remaining seven pitches are vacant.
Access is provided via a driveway extending approximately 200 metres from the entrance, leading to internal roads that have been recently resurfaced and are maintained to a good standard. Savills say: “The site presents a well-kept appearance, with uniform planting and lighting throughout.”
No asking price has been listed publicly. Pitch fee revenue for 2025 accrues to £90,829.
