A popular Lancashire wedding venue has been put on the market.
The three-storey Singleton Lodge Country House Hotel near Poulton-le-Fylde, is being offered by Savills for offers in excess of £1.45m.
The venue, which dates back to the 17th century, is set in five acres of parkland and comprises 14 modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. There’s also a reception lounge that features a log fire and bar area, as well as three dining areas, with the largest able to accommodate 80 covers.
In addition, there is a self-contained two-bedroom flat on the property.
