Homes to be put up for sale

Work is under way on the site for 125 homes in Lightfoot Green Lane, Fulwood, after Charles Church, part of the Persimmon group, gained outline planning permission for the estate in 2013, and detailed approval earlier this year.

Known as Silver Hill Gardens, the development will be a collection of two, three, four, five and six-bedroom homes.

The first properties will be released for sale on July 30 at 11am.

Diane Finch, sales director for Persimmon Homes Lancashire, said: “The first homes at Silver Hill Gardens will be released for sale when we open the marketing suite next month, we expect a lot of people will want to reserve a home off-plan, judging by those who have already expressed an interest in living in Lightfoot Green.” Charles Church Lancashire has new home developments throughout Lancashire and Cumbria.
