Kacy Entwistle has cerebral palsy and her dad Carl has organised the match to raise money for Brainwave, a charity supporting children with disabilities and their families.

Chorley FC players Sam Ashton and Andy Teague, along with manager Matt Jansen, will take to the pitch at the club’s Victory Park ground.

They will play alongside friends of Kacy’s family.

The event starts at noon, with a bouncy castle and other inflatables, face painting, children’s rides and visits by the police and fire service.

There will be a children’s football match at 12.30pm, followed by the main match at 2pm.

Entry costs £2 for adults and £1 for children, payable on the day.
