Firefighters tackle blaze at house in Fulwood

Fire crews put out a blaze in eaves of a house in Fulwood last night.

Two crews from Preston and Fulwood tackled the fire in Watling Street Road at just before 6pm.

A spokesman said firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel to extinguish the blaze.

The crews were at the property for around 90 minutes. There are no reports of any casualties.
