Man found unresponsive outside school in Bamber Bridge as police tape off scene

A man was taken to hospital after he was found unresponsive on the pavement in Bamber Bridge at the weekend.
Members of the public, including an off-duty nurse, rushed to his aid after finding him unconscious near the entrance to Cuerden Church School in Station Road at around 9pm on Saturday.
Ambulance crews were called to the scene and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
Lancashire Police attended and the area was cordoned off. The force was unable to comment on the ambulance-led incident.
