Several unattended camp fires start grassfires along Guild Wheel

Firefighters were called to tackle a number of camp fire left unattended along the Guild Wheel.

Crews from Preston Fire Station were called to several small camp fires near Brockholes.

A spokesman said: "Our Polaris 6 wheel drive wildfire unit being utilised to cover a large area.

"Please be mindful of the dry conditions and fire spread."
