What happened?
Police say a white Iveco van smashed into a white Peugeot van parked outside the shop, close to the junction with Holman Street.
The force of the crash led to the Peugeot van smashing into the shop front, with the Iveco van driver failing to stop and fleeing from the scene of the hit and run.
The road had to be shut whilst police and emergency services attended, but no injuries were reported.
