The Spar shop in Plungington Road has reportedly been "targeted by shoplifters" recently, with one incident taking place shortly before 10pm last night (August 18).

CCTV footage of the incident, which was uploaded to social media by the store, shows two members of staff attempting to stop the alleged thief before a small scuffle breaks out.

The alleged offender then throws the items on the floor before making off from the scene.
