Car stolen from Thornton found in Preston
A Skoda Citigo understood to have been stolen from Thornton last week was found on the Grange estate in Preston this morning, police said.
The car, which had false plates on, was taken away for forensic examination.
It is thought the car may be one belonging to a district nurse that was stolen from a driveway in Stanah Road in the early hours of last Friday, March 10.
