Bring headphones - Chorley All Seasons Leisure Centre gym-goers urged
Chorley Council is urging gym-goers to bring headphones to a leisure centre as renovation works get underway.
Works have started in the old Practice Hall today at Chorley All Seasons Leisure Centre to prepare the space for a gym renovation.

The £4m refit project will include an extensive upgrade of the gym facilities at the Water Street facility, including an expansion to create larger, more flexible spaces for weight training and resistance training. The larger floor area and mezzanine space is intended to accommodate new, state-of-the-art equipment.
A spokesperson for Chorley Council said: “Unfortunately, this work is causing an increased amount of noise around the centre and so we encourage you to bring headphones when visiting the gym to help improve your experience.
“We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we are so excited for you to enjoy our new amazing gym in the near future.”
