Whittingham beer and sausage festival is a winner

Three days of the best local beers, gourmet sausages, and live music are promised at the Whittingham Beer and Sausage Festival this weekend. Running from May 4 to 6, there will be 100 different beers and ciders to choose from, five live bands and, of course, plenty of sausages.

All of the profits from the festival go towards charities such as 1st Goosnargh Scout Group, Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team and St Catherine’s Hospice.

Camping is available but limited so contact Whittingham Club to book as soon as possible. 
Tickets are £5 with under5s free, a pint of beer is £2.50 and sausage in a bun is £2.50.

Bands including Queenesque, Saraban and The Flashearts will be performing.
