This Christmas, the North West Air Ambulance Charity (NWAA) is giving people the chance to choose a gift that’s both unique and life-changing – and you can organise it online in minutes.
The charity’s new On Board with Us campaign invites supporters to add a name - their own or someone they love - to one of NWAA’s helicopters or critical care cars for a full year. It’s an unusual and heartfelt present, perfect for those tricky-to-buy-for friends and family, and ideal for anyone looking for a meaningful, last-minute option.
For a donation of £50 or more, supporters can submit a name of up to 30 characters and will receive a personalised certificate and thank-you letter to wrap and place under the tree. It’s a simple way to give something truly memorable, while helping to fund NWAA’s lifesaving work across the region.
Names will be added from spring 2026 and will travel with NWAA’s specialist crews on every mission – a quiet but powerful reminder of the difference each supporter makes.
