Preston Docks crash causing congestion and delays near Morrisons, Aldi and Pets At Home

There is heavy traffic around Preston Docks after a crash this afternoon.

Lancashire Police were called to the collision in Mariner’s Way near Pets At Home at 12.57pm, and the road was closed while officers worked at the scene.

The force said the accident involved three cars but was ‘damage-only’, with no injuries reported.

The brief closure on Mariner’s Way was causing congestion and delays around the Docks, with traffic backed up to the Port Way roundabout and Navigation Way.
