A Chorley pub has warned customers that it operates a ‘zero tolerance’ policy on drugs.
Management at The Dresser’s Arms in Wheelton issued the notice following ‘an unfortunate incident’ on Saturday evening (August 22).

The notice, posted on its Facebook page, says: “We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards drugs.
“Anyone found in possession of, or using drugs on our premises will be asked to leave immediately, permanently barred and reported to the police.
“Following an unfortunate incident on Saturday evening, we feel it is important to make our position absolutely clear.
“We are proud to be a welcoming country pub with a fantastic atmosphere, and we will not allow the actions of one individual to spoil the experience or compromise the safety of our customers and staff.
