Families, staff, and students gathered in an atmosphere of pride and anticipation as awards were presented for academic excellence, personal growth, and contributions to the school community. From outstanding subject achievements to recognition for embodying the Academy’s ethos, the evening highlighted the diverse talents and accomplishments of this remarkable year group.

Hide AdA special highlight of the evening was the inspiring speech delivered by guest speaker James Unsworth, a Hollywood stuntman whose career spans blockbuster hits such as Mission Impossible and Cinderella. James captivated the audience with stories of his journey from humble beginnings to performing alongside world-renowned actors. He shared the story of his journey from studying acting to becoming a professional stuntman—He urged students to follow their dreams and keep working at it. Anything is possible .....


Ex Head of year 11 Cate Hall, returned to school to share her memories of the students and say how proud she was of their achievements. Headteacher Satinder Singh, praised the students for their determination and resilience, particularly in navigating the challenges of recent years.
The event concluded with the special awards and the Headteachers' award, given to Tom Chapman-For his determination, effort and care for others- a key value of the school.
The class of 2024 leave Garstang Community Academy to great futures and enjoyed a memorable final night in each other's company.
