Penwortham jeweller ready for reopening after being forced to close only weeks after launch

Prem Soni says he's "itching to go", having opened his jewellery shop in Penwortham just before Christmas and then forced to close down just weeks later.

The 23-year-old from Penwortham said: "We were ready to open in October, then due to restrictions, that was delayed until December.

"So having to put a brake on it a few weeks later was really disappointing.

"But I've been keeping on the ball, and in this latest lockdown I've been building up the website and got a deal with Klarna for buy-now-pay-later, so I'm feeling positive.

"Now I really want to cement the business' place in the community and build a relationship with customers."
